10/28 – The annual Halloween High Heel Drag Race takes place tomorrow on 17th Street, between Chruch and R Streets NW in Dupont Circle. The actual race starts around 9 pm but the queens in costume will be parading around an hour or so beforehand. Crowds start gathering as early as 6 pm so come early if you want to get a good view of the action. Jiyan will be dressed as a geisha so make sure you root him on! I am just kidding about Jiyan dressing up haha.
