It's not a place to be seen, but I think that's fine. It just offers reasonably priced drinks in a relaxed environment, and you can also play various games. Its proximity to Verizon is definitely one of the main draws, but Chinatown needs a place like this. I would tend to compare it more to Buffalo Billiards rather than Lucky Bar or Big Hunt, but I think it is on a similar circuit as you say. I cut across all categories as a preppy white boy... I enjoy most types of venues except maybe hipster ones since they seem to not want me there Chinatown definitely needs another "big" bar though. Places like FADO and RFD are kind of weak unless you go there with a big group and the other more "loungey" bars in that hood are a little much for just grabbing a few cocktails (and also not quite as conveniently located at spitting distance from the other attractions I mentioned).
